RETURN POLICY
RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS
Please not that, if you want a different size or product, you will be asked to return your product and order again. If you have a French address, in the section "My orders", under the order summary, you must click on the link "Make a return". The return procedure as well as a prepaid return label from your address in France will be sent to you by email.
- Go to your account, click on "My orders".
- Select your product, and generate the return.
- You will immediately receive a pre-stamped return label by email. Attach the delivery note or invoice and indicate the reason for the return.
- Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition. Please protect the product in its original packaging (tissue paper, item label, box) and attach the invoice or delivery note you received to facilitate the work of our logistics team.
- Leave your package free of charge at the nearest post office.
- On receipt of the package and after checking the products received, your refund will be generated within 3 to 15 days. You will then receive an e-mail notification.
From the receipt of your package, you have 30 days to return the items to us. Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition. Please protect the product in its original packaging (tissue paper, item label, box) and attach the invoice or delivery note you had received to facilitate the work of our logistics team.
The return is the responsibility and at the own expense of the customer, except if the return is made from France. Customs supplements may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. The address to which you must return the products is:

Returns can be made at the online store or shop only. You must make your return request on the website where you purchased your product or return to the store. They will tell you the procedure to follow. Attention, do not return the package without making a return request beforehand.
GIFT CARDS
BHANGARA gift cards can be used solely and exclusively at www.bhangara-store.com. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable. We accept returns after a card purchase for 30 days. No refund will be made, a voucher will be issued for the amount equivalent to the returned products.
